Medical Imaging - BMEP
The Section Medical Imaging is a section of the Department of Biomedical Engineering & Physics (BMEP). There is collaboration with the Photonics section and the Cardiovascular Physics section within the department BMEP and with the department of Radiology of the AMC. Our mission is to develop and evaluate image processing methods for clinical applications. Specific research topics are 4D-imaging applications (3D-imaging versus time), orthopedic and cardiovascular imaging.
